Excellent Stay With Great Amenities

I found the rooms very clean. The apartment included a compact kitchen area. It had a fridge, microwave, and hob. I also had access to excellent indoor pool and spa facilities. The sauna and steam room were conveniently positioned.
I noticed the gym could benefit from a few equipment updates. Some machines showed signs of wear.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the beach and boardwalk, it makes for a very nice stroll. I enjoyed walking along the main promenade which leads to the pine walk which is beautiful.

i liked that the rooms were cleaned daily. THE restaurant offers a varied menu with excellent lunch options available. i found the staff, including Andrea, Pablo, Pedro, and Anna, very attentive and made dining a pleasure.
I noticed the hotel is a bit far from town. A brisk twenty-minute walk limited my visits to once a day. this distance might be challenging for some guests without transportation.

the staff proved friendly. our apartment had good cleaning and tidiness plus access to the pool and facilities. duva has a position within walking distance of the town centre. there are convenient buses and taxis near the hotel.
the air conditioning needed improvement! it did not perform very well , impacting the overall comfort of the apartment.

The breakfast buffet included good options. the service was attentive. the restaurant team provided friendly service and good meals. It was a relaxing experience after a long flight.

The location was suitable, with proximity to supermarkets.
I was frustrated by the lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival. No one offered to help us get our things to the room. I also noticed some unpleasant mold in the air conditioning vents in our room,.. making me worried about air quality .
